The Empowering Leadership Program is designed for leaders of Christian organizations, beginning ministers, heads of departments of Christian ministry, as well as active members of the church who wish to devote themselves to church or missionary service. The program’s goal is to form a vision for the local church and ways of its effective service, as well as the development of the gift of leadership in Christian ministry and public verbal communication.
The program emphasizes the practical aspects of Christian leadership and evangelical preaching. The program is part-time and consists of nine courses (modules), each of which represents a one-time, 8-hour lecture weekend seminar. Then within a month, students work independently with educational materials and consult with teachers. Lectures are held once a month in the city of Sacramento, CA as well as in other regions of the United States, by arrangement with local Slavic churches.
The program provides various forms of training. Those interested can sign up for the whole program or for individual courses.
